Pankaj is the Managing Director of Quality Austria Central Asia Pvt. Ltd. and has a proven track record of establishing new setups in India. He is an expert in Automotive Processes, Key Account Management, Operation and Accreditation Management, Budgeting and Forecasting, Strategy Development and Deployment, Business Development, CRM, Appraisal, and Expertise in most modern manufacturing concepts like TPM, 5S, Problem Solving, Six Sigma and Business Risk Analysis.
He has been an automotive auditor (QS 9000/TS 16949) since 1998 and has progressively developed as a Qualified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Auditor/Trainer of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18000. Mr Rai previously worked with DET NORSKE VERITAS, between 1997 to 2002. He founded AQSR in India in 2002 and has worked with Moody International between 2009-2010. He has global exposure to more than 20 countries.
He has worked in Singapore/Malaysia with British Standards Institution as Managing Director (South East Asia) with responsibility overall P&L responsibility of South-East Asia, Budgeting and Forecasting, Business Development and Implementation of CRM, Operation Management and Compliance to accreditation requirements, Selection of manpower and their mentoring including appraisal and recognition.
